Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Overview

The Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) is an undergraduate program that prepares students to become skilled physiotherapists. The curriculum encompasses subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics, Pathology, Pharmacology, Exercise Therapy, and Electrotherapy. Students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience through clinical postings and internships, enabling them to assess and treat patients with physical impairments effectively.

Eligibility

• Minimum age: 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year.
• Completion of 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
• Minimum aggregate of 50% in PCB subjects.
• Some institutions may require a medical fitness certificate.
