Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

• The candidate should pass 12th science (physics, chemistry and biology) and appeared for NEET - 2021.
• Admission of 85% seats is strictly through DMER as per the state merit list.
• The remaining 15% institutional quota is filled as per the marks obtained in NEET - 2021.

• NEET - UG 2021 Candidate selection letter.
• Domicile Certificate.
• H.S.C. (or equivalent) examination marksheet.
• H.S.C. Leaving Certificate.
• S.S.C. original marksheet.
• S.S.C. (or equivalent) passing certificate (for Date of Birth).
• Aadhar Card.
• Medical fitness certificate (Annexure-I).
• Person with disability Certificate (PWD).
• 4 Passport size photographs.
• Voter ID.
