Eligibility
- Must have qualified in NEET UG exam.
- Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as required subjects.
- Must have completed 17 years of age on or before 31 December of the year of admission.

Admission Process:
- Candidate must appear in and qualify NEET UG.
- On qualifying, participate in counselling — admissions are processed under state quota (or as per applicable seat allocation norms) for BGSMCH.
- Submit required documents at time of admission: 10th & 12th mark sheets, NEET admit card & scorecard, KEA acknowledgement or equivalent application/counselling proof, transfer certificate, study & character certificate, medical fitness certificate, passport-size photos, identity proofs, etc.
- Pay necessary fees (college fees, hostel fees if opting for accommodation).
- Upon completion of the 4.5-year academic period and satisfactory internal assessments, students undergo the 1-year compulsory rotating internship to complete the MBBS degree requirement.
