- Minimum 50% aggregate in PCB (40% for reserved categories as applicable)
- Must qualify NEET-UG examination
- Must satisfy Age requirement: 17 years on or before 31st December of admission year

- Report to CDSIMER campus for admission confirmation
- Pay tuition fees and complete biometric verification
- Begin academic session as per DSU/NMC schedule
