Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

• Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
• Minimum marks in PCB subjects: 50% for general; lower for reserved categories as per norms.
• Age ≥ 17 years by 31 December of the admission year.
• Qualify the NEET-UG exam.
• Meet other documentary and registration formalities during counselling (e.g. proof of qualifying exam, proof of age, identity, etc.).

GMERS Medical College, Navsari is a relatively new government medical college established in 2022, under the Gujarat Medical Education and Research Society (GMERS). The college is located at Khambhalav, Po Sultanpur, via Abrama, in Jalalpore taluka, Navsari district, Gujarat. It operates with an intake of 100 seats for the MBBS program. Students undergo a 5.5-year program (4.5 academic years + 1-year internship). The attached hospital provides clinical exposure through multiple specialty departments which helps in hands-on training. The infrastructure includes hostels, laboratories, classrooms, library and allied facilities to support medical teaching and training.

1. Candidate appears for NEET-UG exam and secures a valid score.
2. For All India Quota (15%) and State Quota (85%), register for respective counselling (MCC for AIQ; ACPUGMEC for Gujarat State quota) once counselling notifications are out.
3. Submit required documents during registration: mark sheets, age proof, identity, qualifying exam certificate etc.
4. Seat allotment is done based on NEET rank, category, quota, and availability.
5. After allotment, candidate must report to GMERS Medical College, Navsari within given time, complete admission formalities (fee payment, medical examination, submission of documents).
6. Begin academic curriculum followed by internship in later years.
