Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)

Candidates who have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) qualification, with Biology as their major, and completed 17 years of age, as of 31st December of the preceding year, are eligible to appear for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) which is conducted nationwide for eligibility into medical & dental under graduate course(s).

Admission based on NEET UG Medical Entrance exam.

10. Minority Certificate (if applicable)
11. Parental Income certificate / White Ration Card (if applicable)
12. EWS Certificate (if applicable)
13. Special Category Certificate if applicable (PH/NCC/CAP/Sports/Anglo Indian/Scouts and Guides Certificate)
14. Local Status Certificate/Migration
15. AADHAR CARD Xerox (Student & Parent)
16. Passport size photographs – 12
17. Father, Mother & Guardian’s Photographs – 3
18. NRI BOND (Annexure – II in MQ Prospectus) for “C – Category” students along with evidential documents such as Green card/Citizenship card/NRI’s Bank statement for last 6 months / Passport issued by the respective country / latest Electricity bill/Water Bill/Gas Bill in the name of NRI.
