Overview

Kokrajhar Medical College and Hospital (KMCH) is one of the newest government medical colleges in Assam, established to improve healthcare infrastructure and provide quality medical education in the Bodoland Territorial Region. It is affiliated with Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS) and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college offers a well-structured MBBS program with an annual intake of 100 students. KMCH is equipped with modern classrooms, advanced laboratories, and a teaching hospital that provides hands-on clinical exposure to students. Eligibility

• Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as subjects
• Minimum aggregate marks as per NMC/State Government rules (generally 50% for UR, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, 45% for PwD)
• Must qualify NEET-UG entrance examination
• Should meet the age criteria (17 years minimum on 31st December of admission year)
