The Advanced Diagnostic Neuroradiology Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is a one-year, non-ACGME advanced fellowship designed for radiologists seeking additional subspecialty expertise beyond standard neuroradiology training. Fellows work at a high-volume tertiary referral center with exposure to complex neurological disorders, advanced neuroimaging techniques, and multidisciplinary care involving neurology, neurosurgery, neuro-oncology, stroke, and spine services. The curriculum emphasizes independent interpretation of advanced CT and MRI studies, pediatric neuroradiology, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, neurodegenerative disorders, and image-guided spinal procedures. Fellows also participate in research, resident education, and multidisciplinary conferences, preparing them for leadership roles in academic neuroradiology and advanced clinical practice.
