The Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging Fellowship is a one-year, non-ACGME fellowship designed to develop advanced expertise in multimodality cardiovascular imaging, including cardiac CT, cardiac MRI/CMR, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography. Fellows receive high-volume training tailored to their background and career goals, with opportunities to achieve Level III COCATS competency in approximately two imaging modalities. Training covers complex cardiovascular conditions including coronary and structural heart disease, congenital heart disease, vascular disease, cardiomyopathies, cardio-oncology, and general cardiovascular imaging. Fellows work with multidisciplinary cardiac imaging specialists and have access to dedicated advanced CT and MR facilities. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles in cardiovascular imaging and are eligible for national certification examinations such as CBCMR and CBCCT.
