Vishuddhi isha Yoga’s 200 HR Yoga teacher training equips you to teach with the fundamentals and technical precision of Classic Hatha, lyengar, Yoga Therapy and the subtle aspects of Kundalini Yoga. Learn spirited, safe Yoga Therapy sequencing, the purpose and practice of kriya, essential and efficacious pranayama techniques, the potent potential of mantra, Yoga anatomy, philosophy, meditation and so much more to learn from the traditional Indian Yogic approach and direct learning experience. Discover and cultivate the meaning of a personal sadhana to help you grow and develop a clear authentic realisation of self.
