Vananchal Dental College and Hospital, Garhwa

The Vananchal Dental College & Hospital is spread in sprawling 100 acre of land in Garhwa, Located in the state of Jharkhand. The foundation of this Institute was laid by Vananchal Educational & Welfare Trust in 2006. Vananchal Dental College & Hospital is recognized by Dental council of India and is affiliated to Nilamber Pitamber University. The college has recognized under-graduate (BDS) program with total intake capacity of 100 admissions annually.

Facilities:

Hostel Facility: Boys & Girls hostels are separately available at the college campus. The hostels are double stories building. Rooms are T-shape triple bedded and double bedded with good mess facilities and indoor games like Badminton, Table Tennis, Carom Board, Chess, etc.

Lecture Hall: The college having lecture halls with a capacity of 120 students. The lecture halls are well equipped with all modern facilities like audiovisual, LCD projector with well lighted and ventilated.

Laboratories: The laboratories are well equipped with an adequate number of scientific instruments so that each student gets full exposure & chance to handle them. Computer interface with related equipment is emphasized during the course.

Library: Books are the lifeblood of any educational system. They are treasures of knowledge and must be used effectively. The college library has adequate no. of books, journals (Indian & Foreign), Supplements & other learning material for students. The books are available as per DCI norms.
