The University Institute of Pharmacy was established in the year 2001, with the prior approval of AICTE with an intake of 60 students in B. Pharm. Since 2004, the Institute is an approved Research Center and has started Ph.D. programme under the Faculty of Technology (Pharmacy). From the session 2006-07, the Institute has introduced Masters in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics-12 Seats) by fulfilling the AICTE norms regarding qualified staff, sophisticated Instrument laboratory and other necessary Infrastructure.
