Tirunelveli Medical College (TVMC) is a government run postgraduate research institute in southern India, wholly owned and administered by the Department of Health & Family Welfare, State Government of Tamil Nadu. We are ranked among the top 50 medical institutes in India under the NIRF Ranking 2021 of the Govt of India, recognized by the National Medical Commission of India (medical programs), Nursing Council of India (nursing programs) and affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai.
