Sri Devaraj Urs College of Nursing (SDUCON) is a unit of Sri Devaraj Urs Educational Trust. Sri Devaraj Urs College of Nursing came into existence in 1998, with four years B. Sc Nursing Degree program to pace with the rapid advancement in health and nursing sciences. The College of Nursing is approved by the Government of Karnataka (10-03-1998) and recognized by Karnataka Nursing Council (05-10-1999) and Indian Nursing Council (23-03-2001). The College is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Bangalore, Karnataka (06-07-1998).
Facilities:
Library: There is an advanced digital learning center built inside the campus with the sole aim to flourish students academically.
Laboratories: The College of Nursing has 5 labs namely Fundamentals of Nursing, Community health nursing, Nutrition, OBG and Pediatric nursing and computer lab. Apart from this student are also utilizing skill lab, anatomy and physiology labs, microbiology, biochemistry and pathology labs for their experience.
GYM & Playground: The College has spacious ground for outdoor sports; adequate facilities for indoor games and fully equipped gymnasium for male and female students separately.
Canteen: Canteen, food court with veg and non-veg refreshments, Bakery , General stores, are available within the campus.
Hostel Facility: The college provides hostel facilities exclusively for girls with spacious and well ventilated rooms with 24X 7, security and CCTV surveillance to ensure adequate security for all inmates.
