South Central Railway Headquarters Hospital, also known as Central Hospital/Lallaguda is located at Secunderabad, Telangana State of India, dates back to more than 75 Years. In 1927 a small hospital was started by erstwhile NIZAM RAILWAYS at the present location. After the formation of the South Central Railway in 1966, this hospital has been developed into a Tertiary Care Referral hospital over the years. The present Hospital building has been in operation since 1972. The Old OPD Block and Administrative blocks were commissioned in 1974.
