Shri Ganapati Nethralaya, Jalna

Shri Ganapati Netralaya is a non profit multi - specialty eye Institute run by the Mahyco Research Foundation Trust. The center was functional from 31st Dec 1992 with the objective of providing comprehensive quality eye care to the rural population in India at an affordable cost. To begin with, the hospital started in a small building in Jalna, and has now occupied a technologically well equipped clinical center designed along the lines of finest eye hospitals in the world. The new eye center occupies over 175000 sq. feet floor space, and with it's 10 operation theatres and most modern eye care equipment, the hospital services over 300 plus patients every day. The center has a team of 16 dedicated doctors representing all ophthalmic sub-specialties.
