Sharavathi Dental College Shimoga and was founded in the year 1992-93. The college is affiliated with the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, and is approved by the Dental Council of India, Govt. of India.

Hostel Facility: Boys Hostel at SDC College renders distinct hostel amenities and can accommodate more than 200 students & The Girls Hostel at SDC are provided with exquisite amenities inside the college campus. The ladies` hostel can have room for more than 400 members.

Library: SDC library has the whole thing that you require to perform your education. We have a rich assortment of more than 5000 textbooks, associated to all disciples. The library is well reserved and maintained with 10 national and 29 international journals.
