Sakhar Kamgar Hospital, Shrirampur is the most important social activity and welfare measures of Sakhar Kamgar Sabha, Shrirampur (Registered at approved Union for Shrirampur Taluka) is that it has by individual contributions from its worker members built up a most modern and reasonably equipped Hospital named SAKHAR KAMGAR HOSPITAL. The foundation store of this hospital was laid by the noted labour leader Miss. MANIBEN KARA on 15th August 1962 and on 29th OCTOBER 1965, late Dr. P.V.Cherian commissioned this Hospital, Governor of Maharashtra State. Since then the hospital is functioning well. during 1977 Mr. Ogale was able to receive Grant in kind of equipments from various International Unions named- IFPAAW, ICFTU, etc.
