Central India’s first College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, SHMCNYS, was established in the year 2009 by Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society, Bhopal. The college offers 5 1/2 years BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) Medical Degree Course, Affiliated to Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University (MPMSU). Students from various states and countries are currently studying in this college. This college have completed their education in 7 batches and are well placed in their profession in India . The college is also offering three years post graduate courses (M.D) in 3 disciplines in Clinical Naturopathy, Clinical Acupunture & energy medicine and Clinical Yoga.
