Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada

Rangaraya Medical College was started as a private medical college in 1958. It was the result of dedicated efforts by Dr M V Krishnarao, who was a Minister of Education in the cabinet of Sri Rajaji in the composite Madras state. The college aims to provide quality medical education to fulfil the needs of society as per its socio-economic structure as enunciated in the core principles. The college strongly believes that it has a responsible role to provide high-quality health care to society through a well-equipped, and well-staffed modern tertiary care hospital with a personal touch.
