It is affiliated to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and Kaloji Narayana Rao Universiy of Health Sciences, Warangal, Telangana. The principal objective of establishment of this institute is to improve quality of health care in this backward region and make medical education accessible to all the eligible students of the region.
