Pyare Lal Sharma District Hospital, Meerut

It was named Pyare Lal Sharma District Hospital in honour of famous freedom fighter and former education minister of Uttar Pradesh late shri Pt Pyarelal Sharma in 1950.There are 320 beds for secondary health care services in it . At present, 44 medical officers are working in it. Besides this, hospital is well equipped with Modern Modular Operation Theatre, Hemodialysis Unit, e-library, NRC, Blood Bank with Component Fraction Unit, High-Tech Pathology Lab, well equipped Radiology Department i.e. 16 slice CT Scan, Digital X Ray, Ultrasound, 4D Ultrasound, Color Doppler, MRI soon to be established and 24×7 hours emergency services with dedicated staff to serve.
