Post Graduate Diploma in Public Health Nutrition

Overview

Public Health Nutrition Course offers knowledge and skill up gradation among students/healthcare professionals as dietitians/doctors/public health professionals to deal with health and nutritional problems in masses. They will get a deeper insight of designing, planning, evaluating and monitoring Government based nutrition policies. This will help students to work closely with nutrition programmes in community setting.

The objective of this programme is to demonstrate an understanding of the political, institutional, social and scientific influences on Public Health Nutrition and to translate research into practice through successful implementation and management of nutritional policies/programmes.

Eligibility

Any Graduate in Science/Nutrition Science/Food and Nutrition/Pharma/Medical/Food Science & Technology/Related disciplines & Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification exam or awaiting their results, are eligible to apply.
