Post Graduate Diploma in Pediatric Nutrition

Any Graduation in Science/Nutrition Science/Food and Nutrition/Pharma/Medical/Food Science & Technology/Related disciplines & Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification exam or awaiting their results, are eligible to apply.

Pediatric Nutrition offers knowledge and skill up gradation among students/healthcare professionals as dietitians/doctors/pediatricians. They will get a deeper insight of nutrition right from infants up to adolescents. This will help students to work on their niche as pediatric nutritionist in institutions, health organizations or with pediatricians.

The objective of this programme is to recognize nutrition and challenges in adopting these nutrition policies in infancy, growth period, diseased conditions, preterm infants, breast feeding and complementary feeding. On completion of this programme students will be able to explain the growth patterns of infants, micronutrient and macronutrient requirements from infancy to adolescence. Also, they will be aware of nutrition during diseased condition.
