The Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism Fellowship at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is an advanced, two-year postgraduate clinical program designed to train physicians in comprehensive endocrine and metabolic disease care. While it is not exclusively pediatric, the fellowship includes extensive training in diabetes and metabolic disorders through inpatient consults and outpatient clinics across multiple sites, enabling fellows to manage a broad spectrum of endocrine conditions. Core experiences include rotations in general endocrinology clinics, inpatient endocrine consultation services, and outpatient endocrinology clinics, with dedicated continuity clinics and structured didactics such as case conferences, tumor boards, and journal clubs. Fellows also have opportunities for scholarly activity and research integrated into clinical training. The goal of the program is to prepare physicians for independent practice and board eligibility in endocrinology and metabolism.
