Overview

The P.B.B.Sc. Nursing programme at Maniba Gajera Institute builds upon the foundation of GNM diploma holders, enabling them to acquire advanced theoretical and clinical competencies. Over two years, students engage in specialized coursework in medical-surgical nursing, maternal and child health, community & mental health nursing, nursing education and administration, research methodology, and leadership. A blend of classroom learning, practical laboratories, hospital-based clinical rotations, and community health postings prepares graduates for roles in clinical care, nursing supervision, education, and public health settings. The curriculum is aligned with INC, Gujarat Nursing Council, and Saurashtra University standards 

Eligibility

Successfully completed GNM diploma from an INC‑recognised nursing school.

Registered as a nurse & midwife (R.N. & R.M.) with the State Nursing Council.

In some cases, a 10+2 qualification and/or a year of clinical experience post‑GNM may be required, as per Gujarat University / centralized admissions rules

Gujarat domicile (if state counsel regulated admissions) and medically fit.
