Eligibility
- The candidate shall have a diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
- The candidate must be a registered nurse and midwife
- Sex: Male/Female
- The candidate must have passed 10th & 12th exam in arts/science/commerce conducted by JKBOSE, Jammu & Kashmir UT or its equivalent recognized by University of Jammu
- Have a working knowledge of English
- The candidate shall be medically fit and have good personal and professional record.

- Registration Certificate of State Nursing Council
- 10th & 12th original certificates with 2 set of photostate copies
- Certificates of Higher Education if any

- Twelve passport size photographs
- Transfer Certificate & migration certificate (for candidates who have completed their qualifying examination under university outside Jammu University)
