Post Basic Bachelor of Science (BSc) In Nursing

1. Hold a Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery Course.
2. Be a Registered Nurse.
3. Have passed Pre-University Examination/PDC/10+2 in Arts/Science/Commerce conducted by Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka state or its equivalent, recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru.
4. Maximum age limit for admission will be 48 years.
5. Should be medically fit.

• HSC/PUC/PDC/10+2 Marks card
• Copy of GNM Marks Cards
• Copy of Internship Marks Cards
• Copy of Course completion Certificate
• Copy of Provisional Diploma Certificate
• Copy of State Registration Certificate
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Migration Certificate (only for other than Karnataka state candidates)
• Eligibility Certificate from RGUHS, Bangalore
• 5 copies of passport size photo
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
• Two Sets of Xerox copies of all the above certificates
