- There is no upper age limit for a candidate who is presently employed in a private Institute.
- For candidates presently employed in Govt. Institutes, the upper age limit is 53 years unless special permission is obtained from the DHS/JS(N)/Secretary(Nursing)/Higher Authorities.
- She should be citizen of India
- She will be an occupant of West Bengal uninterruptedly for no less than five years going before the date of making the application for admission to the preparation Academy.
- The residential certificate should be issued by a Gazetted officer/MLA/Zila Parishad Sabhadhipati/Mayor of Municipal Corporation.
- The candidate must pass (10+2) level Examinations from any recognized Board & must pass the GNM course and obtain a Registration/RNRM certificate from the State Nursing Council of any state of India.
- Positive execution in joint passageway (JEPBN) assessment led by the college.
- Candidates should be medically fit.
