- Only female candidates are eligible
- Diploma in nursing from Tamilnadu state nursing council or any other state state nursing council.
- Registration with Tamilnadu state nursing council.
- Student shall be medically fit. The student has to submit recent medical fitness certificate from recognized physician at the time of admission.
- Student shall be admitted once in a year.

- Tamilnadu nursing council Registration certificate.

- Transfer certificate from the college where the candidate has completed her degree.
- Experience certificate from the institution where she has worked last.
- Community certificate of the candidate.
- Candidates who have completed their qualifying exams in other university has to produce migration certificate.
