Passed the Higher Secondary or Senior or Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent examination. Those who have done 10+2 in or before 1986, will be eligible for admission Obtained a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery and a Registered as R.N.R.M with the state nursing council, nurse trained before the implementation of the new integrated course besides being registered in registration council, shall produce evidence of training approved by Indian Nursing Council for a similar of anyone of the following areas :

Admission Process:
- Acknowledgment Card affixing five rupees stamp.
- Self addressed envelope (24cm x 18cm) with postal stamp.
- Attests copies of following certificates: Original Certificates are to be submitted at the time of admission.
- Secondary school Certificate / Mark Sheet & admit card mentioning date of birth.
- (10+2) Certificate and Mark Sheet.
- Medical Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner holding a degree not below M.B.B.S.
- Three recent passport size photograph attested by Principal of School last attended /Gazetted Officer. One photograph to be pasted on the Application form and six extra photographs for office work.
- Migration Certificates.
- Domicile of Uttar Pradesh for ANM candidates.
Selection of Candidate should be based on the merit of the entrance examination held by the university.
The application should be sent only the prescribed forms supplied along with the Prospectus. This can be had on sending a Demand Draft for Rs. 500/- payable in favor of "Lord Buddha Healthcare Foundation". The application form should be duly filled in by the applicant in his / her own handwriting and forwarded to the Principal, Sumitra Institute of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences, Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (U.P.).
