Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (PB-B.Sc) is a programme that’s been fashioned to impart an understanding of advanced nursing. The course gives an opportunity to the candidates to brush up their medical skills including both surgical and non-surgical. It basically seeks to polish the competencies, critical thinking skills, competencies and standards as required for professional nursing. Post Basic B.Sc Nursing is a two-year undergraduate course that is ought to upgrade the personal and professional scope of work in the field.

Eligibility

• Minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the Year in which admission is sought.
• Candidate should have passed GNM.
• Candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School NIOS recognized by Central Government having science subjects and English only.
• A candidate belonging to SC/ ST or OBC other backward classes the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination by 40% instead of 45% as mentioned above.
