A graduate nurse is pioneer for nursing standardization in treatment of patients, hospital administration as well as nursing education. The work of graduate nurse after P.B.B.Sc. Nursing is not merely categorized in hospital sector, a graduate nurse reflects her/his role in administration of health department/education department.
