Post Basic Bachelor of Science (BSc) In Nursing

• Candidate must hold a diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM). Be a registered Nurse. Be medically fit/have a good personnel record.

Documents required at the time of admission:

• Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate/Matric (10th) duly attested for proof of age.
• Attested photocopy of Marks cards of the qualifying exam i.e. 10+2.
• Attested photocopy of Character/conduct certificate issued by the College/School last studied.
• Domicile Certificate (2 copies) H.P Bonafide certificate.
• Schedule cast and Schedule Tribe Certificate from Tehsildar or Sub-Divisional Magistrate if applicable.
• 10 passport size photograph unattested.
• Medical fitness certificate (2 copies).
