Post Basic Bachelor of Science (BSc) In Nursing

• The candidate should have done GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) diploma from any recognized Council.
• Age should not be less than 17 years on 31st Dec. of admission year.

• It is a 2 year degree course after GNM .On successful completion of the course one can go for jobs in Govt. Hospitals, Private Hospitals & Education Institutes.
• Courses intend to prepare professional nurses, who are committed to the promotion of health, prevention of illness and care & rehabilitation of the sick. It provides breadth and depth of knowledge to enable the nurses to function effectively in varied nursing situations where a nurse may work.
• Areas of study include Anatomy, Physiology, and Microbiology. First Aid, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Psychology, Sociology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Preventive & Social Medicine Community Health Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Medical & Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing etc. English and Computer Education are also taught during the course as an Elective subject.
• On successful completion of the course Nurses can be placed in Govt. Hospital, Pvt. Hospital, NGO and they can also go abroad and get salary of 2 to 3 Lakh per Month.

Well Equipped Laboratories: The College has modernly equipped labs – Anatomy & Physiology, Community Health, and Nursing Foundation.

Transportation: College provides conveyance facilities by college buses for clinical training / College and other students field work.

Medical Facility: We have made arrangements with reputed hospitals for medical check up, consultation, diagnostic, OPD facility.

Practical Training: We offer practical experience, to students, in nursing at Saraswati Hospital & Medical Research Center Udaipur. (Parental Hospital) and other reputed affiliated hospitals.

Computer Lab: College has well equipped Computer laboratory with Internet facilities for the students to learn applications of computers in health care.

Classrooms: All classrooms and lecture theaters are equipped with modern teaching aids and provided with comfortable environment for learning and assimilation.

Hostels & Mess: The hostels have self-contained 2 seater rooms with attached toilets and basic amenities like bed, table, chair & small cupboard. Hygienic & good quality vegetarian food is provided in hostel.

Attendance: At least 80% attendance in both theory & clinical is compulsory to appear in final exam.
