Plastic Surgery Integrated Residency Program

1. Applicants must have a medical degree from an accredited medical school.
2. A completed application through the Plastic Surgery Common Application is required.
3. A minimum of three letters of recommendation is required.

The Plastic Surgery Integrated Residency Program at Keck School of Medicine of USC is a six-year residency providing comprehensive training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. The program includes foundational rotations in general surgery, trauma surgery, pediatric surgery, head and neck surgery, orthopaedics, and ophthalmology, followed by advanced training in plastic surgery. Residents progressively develop skills in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery and gain experience across multiple USC-affiliated hospitals.

3. International medical graduates must submit the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates status report.
4. The program reviews applications and selects candidates for interviews.
5. Selected applicants attend the program interview.
6. The program admits three residents per year.
