• Candidate should Passed M. Pharm minimum percentage as per existing norms
• and Qualified GPAT or PET

All studetns are instructed to submit three coloured photographs and following original documents alongwith 5 set of Xerox copies for other University candidates and for Mumbai University only 2 set of;

a) M. Pharm Marksheet,

b) Passing Certificate,

c) GPAT/GATE/PET score card,

d) Leaving /Transfer Certificate,

e) Migration Certificate,

f) Caste Certificate,

g) Caste Validity Certificate,

h) Non Creamy Layer,

i) GAP Certificate (if applicable)
