The PhD in Human Pathophysiology and Translational Medicine at UTMB is part of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences, designed to train scientists who bridge basic biomedical research with clinical practice. The curriculum emphasizes advanced coursework in physiology, pathobiology, molecular mechanisms of disease, experimental design, and translational research methodologies.
