PharmD (Post Baccalaureate) (Doctor of Pharmacy)

Candidate shall be eligible for admission to a Master's degree program on successfully completing the B.Pharm of minimum three years’ duration from a recognized University OR D.Pharm or any other equivalent qualification, recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

PharmD (PB) curriculum focuses on core pharmacy practice courses integrated with practical training in the clinical settings in the first two years, followed by one year in a full-time internship.
This three-year program provides opportunity for the B Pharm graduates to acquire practice-based Pharm D (PB). As mentioned earlier, the first two years consist of coursework, followed by one year of internship, which is similar to that of regular Pharm D. This program functions as a bridge between traditional B Pharm and regular Pharm D by advancing professional skills and career options in clinical practice and research.

Admissions are done on the basis of rank in the All India Manipal Entrance Test (MET).
