Overview

Eligibility

  1. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
  2. Eligibility for pharmacist licensure in Minnesota
  3. Completion of pharmacy internship requirements (if applicable)
  4. Strong academic and clinical training background
  5. Letters of recommendation and professional references
  6. Participation in the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) and residency matching program
