PhD in Pediatric Nursing

Candidate should possess Master’s Degree in Nursing with aggregate pass percentage of 55%.

The PhD in Nursing programme was established in RV College of Nursing with the goal of enabling nursing fraternity to acquire advanced research abilities and preparing nurse educators, administrators, and practitioners to conduct methodical research so as to raise the standard of nursing care. The programme will equip the nursing staff to provide patients and clients with evidence-based nursing care in a variety of contexts, including evidence-based nursing practise and teaching. PhD Nursing professionals will be have large opportunity to explore various are of professional life. PhD program enables the candidate to develop policies, improve healthcare practices and take up administrative role in education, research, clinical service & community sector as well. The course is of 4 to 6 years of duration and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science.

Selection is based on the entrance examination conducted by RGUHS.
