PG in MD, MS (Ayurveda) Dravyaguna Vigyan

• Must have a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) degree from an NCISM/CCIM-recognized institution
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks in BAMS (relaxation for reserved categories as per norms)
• Completion of 1-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before the specified date (generally 31st March of admission year)
• Must be registered with State/Central Ayurveda Council (NCISM)
• Must qualify AIAPGET (All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test)

MD (Ayurveda) in Dravyaguna Vigyan is a 3-year full-time postgraduate program focusing on the study of medicinal plants, herbal pharmacology, and their therapeutic applications in Ayurveda. At RGGPGAC Paprola, students receive both theoretical knowledge and practical training through well-equipped departments and a 215-bedded Ayurvedic hospital for clinical exposure. The course emphasizes identification, properties, actions, and uses of herbs along with research-based learning in traditional and modern perspectives.
