MS (Ayurveda) Balroga

• Must have a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) degree from a recognized university
• The degree must be recognized by NCISM / Ministry of AYUSH
• Must have completed 1-year compulsory rotating internship before the cutoff date
• Must possess permanent or provisional registration with a State/Central Ayurvedic Medical Council
• Must qualify the AIAPGET (All India AYUSH PG Entrance Test)
• Admission is based on AIAPGET rank and counseling (AACCC/State authority)
• No upper age limit for PG Ayurveda admission

The MD (Ayurveda) Balroga (Kaumarbhritya) at Rajiv Gandhi Government Post Graduate Ayurvedic College is a 3-year full-time postgraduate program focused on Ayurvedic pediatrics, covering areas such as neonatal care, child growth and development, nutrition, and management of pediatric diseases. The course is delivered through the Department of Kaumarbhritya and includes a blend of theoretical learning, clinical discussions, and hands-on training, with practical exposure in OPD/IPD services, neonatal care units, immunization programs, and national health initiatives. Students also participate in seminars, research activities, and community health programs, enabling them to develop expertise in both preventive and curative child healthcare by integrating classical Ayurvedic principles with modern pediatric practices over the structured three-year duration.
