Candidate included in the rank list of the P.G Entrance examination conducted by NEET and allotted by the commission for entrance examination government of Kerala and who have passed the BAM/Ayurvedacharya/BAMS from the colleges having CCIM recognition and BAMS degree of University of Kerala or its equivalent with 50% of marks for theory and practical separately in each subject are eligible for admission to P.G course.

Intensive training shall be provided in classical knowledge along with comparative and critical study in the respective specialty. The emphasis shall be given on intensive applied training. In the clinical training the student shall undertake the responsibility in the management and treatment of patients independently and deal with emergencies so as to acquire the knowledge of independent work as a specialist. The theoretical and teaching and practical training shall be as per syllabus specified by the Council from time to time.
Admission is merit bases and it depends on the ranking in All India Ayurveda Post Graduation Entrance Test (AIAPGET).
