Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program

1. There is no minimum USMLE score requirement.
2. USMLE scores are blinded for holistic application review.
3. D.O. applicants must submit USMLE scores in addition to COMLEX scores.
4. Applicants must meet the program's required application and medical training requirements.

The UCLA Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency provides comprehensive clinical, surgical, academic, and research training to develop well-rounded obstetrician-gynecologists. Residents receive diversified training across obstetrics, gynecology, ambulatory care, gynecologic oncology, maternal-fetal medicine, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, family planning, urogynecology and reconstructive pelvic surgery, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. Training takes place across UCLA Westwood, Olive View Medical Center, UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, and Kaiser Woodland Hills, with progressive responsibility throughout the four years.

1. Applications are submitted through ResidencyCAS.
2. Only documentation submitted through ResidencyCAS is reviewed.
3. Required application materials include ResidencyCAS Common Application, Personal Statement, CV generated through ResidencyCAS, USMLE Step I, and Medical School Transcripts.
4. Applicants must submit three Letters of Recommendation, including one Standardized Letter of Evaluation (SLOE).
5. Applications undergo a holistic review.
6. Selected applicants are invited for virtual interviews.
