- Final tenure & dates of Observership will be decided by the Dept. depending upon availability of slots.

It has designed for Pathology practitioners who want to explore their skills and knowledge in Renal and Transplant Pathology field. The program is open for Indian as well as Foreign National medical professionals.

Eligibility
- Last Post Graduate qualification certificate in respective specialty.
- Proof of permission obtained from employers/ Head of the dept./ Head of institute for employed candidates
- References from 2 faculty members/ senior professionals with more than 10 years’ experience
- Additional proof for Foreign National:Clearance from relevant Ministry, Passport copy
Admission Process:

- Applicant can apply for duration of 15 days to 6 months Observership
- Candidate need to apply through their Institute/ Hospital/ Employer
- Application should mention the specific time period & duration of Observership
- Foreign Nationals should have a clearance from relevant ministry
The applications will be process through Department of Pathology, Laboratory Medicine, Transfusion Service & Immunohematology, Institute of Kidney Disease and Research Centre (IKDRC), Ahmedabad. Complete Observer application form should be sent to Academic Council by respective Head of the department. Final clearance will be given by Academic Council to accommodate the request.
NOTE: The approval process will usually take approximately 6-8 weeks.
