Neuroimmunology Fellowship Program

The Neuroimmunology Fellowship Program at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine offers 1-year or 2-year post-residency training focused on multiple sclerosis and other inflammatory diseases of the nervous system. Fellows receive comprehensive clinical exposure to conditions including multiple sclerosis (MS), NMOSD, MOGAD, CNS vasculitis, neurosarcoidosis, and autoimmune encephalitis, along with neuroinfectious diseases. Training is provided at University of Colorado Hospital, Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, Denver Health Medical Center, and Children’s Hospital Colorado. Approximately 65% of fellowship time is devoted to patient care and 35% to clinical research, academic projects, and education; the second year, when pursued, is typically research-focused. Fellows also receive multidisciplinary training, procedural experience, participation in clinical trials, weekly didactics and journal clubs, and opportunities to present at national and international conferences.
