The National Institute of Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases (NITRD) has been managed under the Delhi Municipal Corporation. The Hospital has a total bed strength of 312. It focused on a multidisciplinary and cost-effective approach to control and prevention of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Diseases, determination of standards and maintenance of quality diagnosis and treatment of TB & Respiratory Diseases, Information, Education and Communication for the well-being of the community. It has facilities of Pediatric Surgery, ENT, Radiology, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Physiotherapy, ICU, TMT, Pathology Lab, Microbiology Lab Test and Ambulance.
