MS Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

The MS – Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) program at Dr. V.R.K. Women’s Medical College, Teaching Hospital & Research Centre, Hyderabad is a 3‑year postgraduate surgical degree designed to train doctors in advanced clinical and operative management of disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and head & neck region. The curriculum combines rigorous academic learning with hands‑on surgical and clinical experience across a range of ENT conditions, including otologic, rhinologic, laryngologic, and head & neck surgical cases. Students engage in structured rotations through outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, emergency services, and operating theatres under guidance from experienced faculty. The course equips graduates with skills in patient evaluation, diagnostic procedures, surgical techniques, and comprehensive ENT care, preparing them for careers in clinical practice, academic medicine, and specialized surgical services. With affiliation to KNRUHS and NMC approval, the program aligns with national medical education standards and integrates research methodologies and evidence‑based practice.

1. Must have a recognized MBBS degree and completion of internship.
2. Must hold a valid NEET‑PG score as required for counseling.
3. Must possess permanent or provisional registration from the National Medical Commission or respective State Medical Council.
4. Must meet the minimum NEET‑PG percentile cut‑offs set by the counselling authority (e.g., 50th percentile for general, relaxed for reserved categories).
