MS Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

• Must have an MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution.
• Completion of the one-year rotating internship.
• Must qualify in NEET PG examination. Entrance for MS courses at PIMSR is via NEET PG and state-/institutional counselling.

Parul Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (PIMSR) was established in 2016 and has steadily expanded its postgraduate (“MD/MS”) offerings to include MS (Otorhinolaryngology) among its surgical specialities. The MS ENT programme provides rigorous clinical and surgical training in ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders with experiences in both operative and outpatient settings. Students are exposed to a broad variety of ENT conditions under the supervision of experienced faculty in the institute’s teaching hospital. The training involves diagnosis, procedural skills (like surgeries on ear, nose, throat, sinus, tonsils, etc.), emergency care, and possibly minor surgical procedures. The infrastructure supports ENT clinical work and associated diagnostics, and the curriculum is aligned with NMC norms. Seats are limited, making the course competitive.

1. Appear for NEET PG and secure a valid score.
2. Apply/participate in the PG Counselling for Gujarat (state quota) and possibly institutional quota under Parul University, listing MS-ENT among your preferences.
3. Seat allotment based on rank, reservation category, and availability of MS ENT seats at PIMSR.
4. Document verification: MBBS degree certificate, internship certificate, NEET PG scorecard, medical registration, identity proof, etc.
5. Fee payment and admission formalities will be once the seat is allotted.
6. Start of academic/clinical schedule with postings, surgical rotations, etc.
